Refund Policy

At Spectrum Life Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, practical visual tools to help your child succeed. Because our kits are digital assets that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we maintain a specific refund policy.

1. 1No Refunds on Downloaded Files

   Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Unlike physical items, digital PDFs cannot be returned or shipped back to us.

   • Once a download link has been clicked and the file is transferred to your device, the order is non-refundable.

   We strongly encourage you to review the sample pages, product descriptions, and list of included materials before completing your purchase.

2. 2Exceptions Before Download

   If you have purchased a kit or bundle by mistake and have not clicked any download links (either on the checkout confirmation screen or within your email receipt), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

   Our system automatically logs download activity. Once our support team verifies that the files have not been accessed or downloaded, we will gladly issue a complete refund to your original payment method via Stripe.

3. 3Duplicate Purchases

   We understand that mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchase the exact same individual kit twice, or if you purchase an individual kit and then decide to upgrade to a Category Bundle or the Mega Bundle on the same day, please reach out to us. We will happily verify the duplicate transaction and refund the extra charge.

4. 4Corrupted or Defective Files

   If you experience any technical issues opening, viewing, or printing your PDF kits, please do not worry. File corruption during download is rare, but it can happen. Contact our support team immediately, and we will verify your purchase and send you fresh, updated file links directly to your email.
